If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. In such cases, we will refund the remaining balance of your order. However, the amount for work already completed will not be refunded. If you have a specific complaint and require a full refund, you can submit a request, and we will review it fairly.
We offer unlimited free revisions to ensure complete satisfaction. Customers can request revisions within 20 days of receiving their completed order. For large projects, the revision period extends up to 45 days. Revisions must align with the original instructions provided at the time of order.
24-hour deadline orders: Revisions completed within 24 hours

If plagiarism is reported, a detailed plagiarism report must be provided for review. Once the revision period expires, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with the work.
